Updated Roster (09/06/2021) Attending - CO, Chief, 1st Sgt, Wayne, Joe, SJ, Bruce, Adam, Scott, Ricky J, Dan, Ben, Jacob D and Massey. Of those - woods runners - 1st Sgt, Joe (medic), SJ, Bruce, Adam, Scott, Ricky J, Dan, Ben, Jacob D and Massey.

More like a rifle squad with an attached MG Team but will work fine.

Question... am I SJ or Steve? I always thought I was SJ because my name first name is Steve and middle name is Jack but I see Steve is in 2nd squad... is that a different Steve?

Organization is fluid.
MG Team is dropped and with one addition will form a squad.
So we'll put out assignments prior to hitting the woods Friday night.
When the last squad arrives they will fill in - and Steve will go to Dan's squad.
Bruce is squad leader for Jacob, Massey and Grosshandler.
As it stands right now.
Some of us are staying on the line Friday night. Anybody who wants to is welcome. It will be dark but the weather is fine.

More like a rifle squad but will work fine. Think Able, Baker & Charlie with 2nd Squad as Able, 3rd Squad as Baker and 1st Squad as Charlie - subject to rotation.

From the event staff....
Online registration for the event will end on Sept. 8. You may register on site, the event fee for onsite registration is $30.00. On site registration will close at 0900 on Saturday Sept. 11. If you need to arrive / register after 0900 on Saturday you must make arrangements with the event staff beforehand.
Upon arrival all attendees must report to registration. Here you will be checked in and given your event emergency contact card. This card also will be used to prove registration. If any member of event staff asks to see your event card you must show it to them. Any person who does not have a event card upon them without a proper explanation may be asked to leave the event. At registration you will be briefed on where to park your vehichle and where your command check in is. It is also at this point where a sample of your blanks will be inspected for safety.
The main road onto the property is the ONLY entrance for the event. This will bring you to registration. Do not use the dirt road entrance into the tree line. This is so we can ensure a orderly check in and effecient use of the parking areas. Event staff will be wearing the impression of Luftwaffe Feldgendarme.
If you have at any time during the last 2 weeks been exposed to the Coronavirus we request that you bring a negative test result within 48 hours of the start of the event. If you have symptoms of the Coronavirus that cannot be attributed to other illnesses we ask that you do the proper thing and stay at home. We highly recommend that you make every reasonable attempt to maintain social distancing for your own safety and for the safety of others.
There will not be a event dinner Saturday evening as previously mentioned as being possible due to county guidelines for the Corona virus and food preperations.
The garrison camp area must remain period correct. This includes individuals who are attending the event but not planning to go into the field, you must be in a period correct impression for 1944 Italy.
Reminders; Fires must be in fire pits No digging on roads or trails. Each indiividual / Unit is responsible for their own meals and water. There will be portable toilets on site. There will be a emergency cooling station on site (next to registration) ALL I REPEAT ALL Heat causlties must be brought to this station. ACHTUNG / ATTENTION:
For all real world paramedics / emt's, jeep drivers and command staff there will be a mandatory safety meeting at the Event Registration tent at 1700 hours on Friday September 10. This is so that everyone will know the event emergency medical plan as worked out with the county EMS service.

ATTENTION 505 PERSONNEL ATTENDING ENFIELD THIS WEEKEND. Anyone borrowing uniforms, gear or weapons from C Company will be REQUIRED to sign a memorandum form when receiving any equipment. This gear is personal property, and is to be accounted for, and taken proper care of. You will sign upon receiving any gear. "I will sign for it later" is not an option. When the gear is returned, the receipt is destroyed.
