Long range weather will be posted Saturday. Should be less humid with little chance of rain. Low winds so the flies and tents shouldn't blow away.

From the Event Staff
ACHTUNG!
There will be a cooling station next to registration at the event. This will consist of a large shade fly, with chairs and cots. Cold water and towels will be available to help hydrate and cool down any heat casualties we may have. ALL I repeat ALL HEAT CASUALTIES will be brought to the cooling station. While there a real world paramedic / emt will evaluate them and determine if further help is required. Danke, Opa Johann

Looks like we get a break on the weather. High Saturday around 84 with only 57% humidity.
Dry with winds around 6 mph.
Hasn't been any rain for a while so the ground litter will be dry. Have to be careful not to start a ground fire by accident or with pyrotechnics.

Is that where I keep my water gallons too for when I need to fill up? Everything you are not carrying into the field is kept neatly in our unit area. Anything non period is to be covered.
Since this is a fairly short duration tactical in nice weather the amount of extra stuff you bring should be very limited.

Should I mark my name on the gallons or does it not matter?

It doesn't matter. If it's under your shelter half or in your pup tent nobody is going to take it.
