I can only commit at this point to Saturday, arriving early to check-in and departing late on Saturday night.
I'm working on possibly adjusting work schedule to arrive on Friday evening.

Troopers, we are 18 days out from the event.
Time is short.
If you need to borrow a weapon you need to sound off so arraignments can be made. Ammo? Should have ordered it by now.
Canvas! As of now the unit trailers will not be at this event which means no squad tent or most of the canvas. Right now the CO is bringing his tent and the Chief is bunking with him. I'm bringing my tent and Wayne is bunking with me. If you are bringing a tent you need to sound off and state who is sharing it with you. Gerty will not be on site until Saturday so her trailer is out as an option Friday night.
Kitchen! We will be cooking but with a limited menu - but we have to know numbers.
Most of you can expect to be sleeping under the stars or in a pup tent right now if you don't make prior arraignments.

The XO started a private FB chat for the troopers falling in with our unit at the tactical. If you want in on the chat to follow the fast moving stuff give the XO a shout out on FB or here.

Ronnie is planning to attend and has a center pole tent that he'll be bringing. Don't know how many it will sleep.

Who is bringing firewood? We may need to have everyone bring a small supply so we have enough. Or chip in so someone can bring in a load

Passing along from the FB discussion group; bring a bundle of firewood to the event if you have the means to transport it.

I'll be bringing some firewood, Matt. Not enough for two nights of fire but enough to help out.

As for the fire wood is it cooking or warming? Does it need to be split or just cut?

Yep we can drag some downed wood into camp but it would be best to use it on on an existing fire with a good coal bed. I will bring some firewood as well - looks like we will have a good supply.
