Just a bumb and a reminder.
Enfield is just around the corner about 5 weeks out.
Things centered around planning will do into high gear after New Years Day. The time will fly by.
We need a good numbers count.

I’m still a go. Going to look at ordering some brass 7.62x51mm blanks and more .30 Carbine.
Thoughts on a ration party before then maybe? Make some Krats?
Could we create an events page On Facebook strictly for our unit, more specifically the ones going so we can post/ask things there? I’ll make it if that’s ok.

Cost per trooper will not be figured out until closer to the event when we get total numbers coming, the menu and number of meals. Temperature may also play a role with warming liquids.

Troopers, please see the post about the unit rental policy in the Members section. This will be implemented and enforced starting in 2020.

Planning on bringing packets of hot chocolate for Saturday morning. May also bring Suz's Chili pre-made. If nothing going on Sunday I will be headed home Saturday night. Hot oatmeal is an option for super cold weather too. Going to try and keep Mess costs down. Don't forget there is a $10 land use fee per man.
I will again be a Major for this event. Sign up men! This is going to be a good one!
A formal menu and cost will be determined at a later date.

Right now if everybody who says they are coming shows up we have 13 from our unit, Eric and 4 from the 307th falling i with us. Jake is going German so is not counted in our numbers.
We have the CO, XO, Chief, 1st Sgt, Craver B, Craver A, jcoyle, Dan, Wayne, Ronnie, Adam, Ben and Em from C/505th, Eric from the 101st and 4 from the 307th.
18 total so far.
Sound off if you're not listed and plan on showing up.

Right now my count is 18 so I'm making 20 D Bars. Spent the morning folding and gluing boxes. Will pour the bars tomorrow.
I'm not going to spend the weekend before the event making an emergency run of D Bars. Got other things to get ready.
Better sound off soon that you're coming or "..No D Bar for you..."

Keep me appraised of any troops coming under 505 and our Major's command, and they will be paid. Besides, I got a lot of condom wrappers left. Will need final numbers by January 20.
