May not be any tents available. Group should come up with meal plan, however only 2 are overnighters.

Will participants receive a discount coupon for Saturday lunch as they've done in the past? What are plans for mess? In the past, with just 3-4 unit members attending, Friday supper was MREs, Saturday & Sunday breakfast was provided by one of us and Saturday lunch was from one of the food trucks using the discount coupon.

Yes vouchers will be distributed by staff on Saturday morning.
No official mess plan but Commander may put out some plans. About half of unit not arriving until Saturday morning.

I'll put together a one-pot meal for Friday supper but need to know how many will be there to eat. I'll also bring bread and disposable bowls and utensils to go with Friday supper, coffee and a pot, plus my camp stove.
