OK, new info has come to light so it looks like there will only be 3 of us there Friday (and that isn't certain at this point.) That being the case, I will not provide Friday supper. Depending on what canvas will be there, I may go Ramada Ranger and get a motel room for Friday and Saturday night although if there isn't a fly available I may have to forego attending as I have to be able to protect some of my original equipment and display items.

Dale, Wallace, Huntelmen and Honeycutt aren't arriving until Saturday morning and leaving Saturday after show.
I'll bring a pop up canopy and throw my parachute over it

I'm going to have to back out of this one this year. The cost involved to get there for a one day event is just too high to justify.

I plan on being there at about 0830 with the fly. Will need help setting it up. All displays and gear can be set up there. I also have one table. Heading home at 1700

A majority are just rolling in Saturday morning around 8-830am so we'll see u there
