Tried a simple recipe for golash this past weekend. Pretty darn good. Will serve it at a future event on a Friday night.

Ever think of trying a few pans (rectangular desposible Aluminium pans) of cornbread in the M37s?

The thicker the cornbread the longer it takes to bake, and the drier the outside becomes. You are correct though, in that I need to work on it.

Liked that pan cornbread the Captain's wife made back when the 33rd NC was doing our winter encampments.
