Annual meeting has been set.
February 9-11th
Meeting date is Feb 10th at 1300 for those not attending weekend campout.
Overnight Camping and facilities available.
Mess kitchen will be operating with details TBD.

Mongo and I will bet setting up the mess section for our annual meeting. We need to know who will be there Friday night through Saturday night? Getting a good head count is important for us to buy what we need to prepare the meals.
The plan is for Saturday evening to be steak night and you will bring your own streak.
Reply to this form or on the 505th FB group page on who will be there Friday-Saturday evening.

I'll be there - depending on work Friday it'll either be Friday night or mid to late Saturday morning. Same location as original meeting?
