Any word on Jake Craven? I believe he was coming to AA Week as well.

Chief is a no go for our limited presence at Bragg. We will be uniting with any members from 508th that can make it.

C & S will formulate some kind of plan for the limited number of personnel, displays and canvas available.

I believe I saved last years Weapons registration numbers which we forwarded to the Provost.  Ofcourse, I will need new weapons serial numbers.

Ben has some NREs and maybe can cook up something for what looks like only 5 at this time.  Problem is he will not be arriving until Tuesday.

Outside of pup tents the three arriving earlier in the week will not even have a fly to put displays under until Ben and Matt get on site Tuesday.

I will check with Lt. Smith on 508th Assets.

We need to set the cut off date for attendance at AAW. 8th May would be appropriate! We are experiencing the perfect storm of troopers that can not attend.

Here is what we discussed:

1. Hall of Heroes - open for sleeping Sunday night only! Please leave that room as you find it men. Bathrooms and water available in there 24/7. Showers too!

2. Sprinkler system will be turned off!

3. Must have a list of those arriving Sunday! Keys to Hall of Heroes will be given to Seth Welch on Sunday! In case you missed it, Seth is regular Army.

4. I will just list the rest of the troopers coming. Check in is at the All American Gate, except for the Jeep as I remember.

5. Please keep weapons locked in your car or on your person after hours. Farby stuff in your tent please.

6. Must have weapon SNs by 10 May, Wednesday! M1s - list maker, Springfield, Remington, etc.

7. A question mark after dates by your name for this event, means I don't really know when you are coming. Check it.
