I understand this is a back to back event so it is difficult to attend both events. Either way I plan on being in Toccoa. But if we do a display representing c/505th PIR I will be ready.

We will have enough guys present to represent C/505th PIR!

OK men, here is what I have so far for All American Week:

Sunday - Setup  -  1) Cachia 2) Meyer 3) Craver 4) Gatlin 5) Davenport 6) Jelen, 7) Hazen  (3 vehicles) = 7

Monday - Displays - All of the above plus Jones, Smith = 9 

Tuesday - 1-7 plus K. Wescott, Jones, Varnes  =9

Wednesday - Start breakdown 1700. 1-7,  Varnes, Farrington = 9

Thursday - AM Breakdown. Clear area. 1- 6. Hazen = 7

Museum is allowing us access to Hall of Heroes with its bathrooms, showers and Conference Room for sleeping.  Air Conditioned ofcourse.

Meal plan:

Sunday - Snacks - forage for fast food.

Monday - Breakfast - Spam, eggs and potatoes!
Lunch - Cold cuts.
Supper -Beef stew, bread and butter.

Tuesday - Breakfast -Chicken, cheese sandwiches, coffee
Lunch - Hotdogs on buns and beans.
Supper - Visiting Janet Peterson -  Bringing Pizzas.

Wednesday - Breakfast - Chopped up Spam and scrambled eggs, bread.
Lunch - Left overs
Supper - Cold cut sandwiches, Barbeque at Moon Hall too.  Start breakdown on return.

Thursday - Breakfast -Coffee, Donuts - Early boys! Want to be on our way home by 0930.

Looking at $15.00 for Monday - Wednesday. $10.00 for Tuesday-Wednesday. To be paid on site to Chief or myself.

Chief and Jim Hazen look over and approve.  Adjustments may be made.

The Director of the Museum needs to have the following information from you IF you are bringing a weapon on base. (By Friday this week!)

Your name Weapon SN

Please send these to me, or call me, with this info. I am bringing my: M1 carbine(full stock), M1 Garand, 03 and 1911 plus .38 cal Colt revolver. If I don't get this info by 1200 FRIDAY, 23 September your entry on base may be delayed. If you don't want to bring your M1 don't. Weapons display only needs one.

We are 5 days out from AA Week so get your gear checked now. I will be bringing the large mess table, so bring a chair or stool so you can dine in comfort. As usual, sign in on the unit roster at the HQ upon arrival. Check with me at that time to find out if I have any I. D. cards, pay books, shot cards, ration books or name tags in my files.
