Military Aviation Museum
The Military Aviation Museum is hosting a Virginia Warbirds Weekend June 19-20. It is designed to be a scaled down version of the annual Warbirds Over the Beach which WILL happen this year the first weekend in October.
101st ABD HQ (as 11th Airborne) will be attending and hosting a US Army in the Pacific (Southwest Pacific) encampment. In addition to 11th Airborne, any appropriate US Army PTO unit impression is welcome as part of our encampment. We will also be coordinating with other Allied PTO units on joint activities (including fresh donuts each morning from our friends at the Red Shield Service).
Statewide mask mandate has been lifted in Virginia but local governments and private businesses can still require them. Social distancing and gathering limits are still in place but are set to be removed by the end of May.
Additional details will be provided as they become available. Feel free to ask any questions regarding uniform and equipment for this event.
