Denton Military Vehicle and Gun Show, 24-25 April, 2021.

All Troopers.

Some interest has been expressed in this event. At this time we only have 6-10 possible attendees.

They have opened this up so we can arrive early Friday (1200) and setup small camp and displays at no charge.

All troopers in uniform (42s or 42Rs) will be admitted FREE. You must stay in uniform the entire time.

Weapons are permitted. Bring blanks as they may change their mind about weapons demo.

They would really like some of us to stay for Sunday. We will be able to breakdown Sunday by 1500.

I am looking at this as a recon for the future.

So far 1st Sgt. and I are a go for Friday-Sunday.  We have 2 tents and a fly.

Food is available but we will see numbers before we decide on us doing simple stuff like spam and eggs and hotdogs and/or sandwiches.

Brits are also coming and maybe some of B Company 505th PIR.

It could be something we would like to add to our yearly schedule.

I need to know who is staying Friday till Sunday, all others I assume will just be there Saturday.

Food. Yes, vendors will be on site, but as you know the prices tend to be high.
1st Sgt. Peterson and I are willing to cook Friday night supper, Saturday morning Breakfast, Saturday Supper and Sunday Breakfast. NO LUNCHES!
MESS FEE: $5.00 OBVIOUSLY WE ARE NOT TRYING TO MAKE MONEY. Coffee included.
So, I need to know days you will be there and what meals you want.
