WPG caution.
Guys, just a heads up about WPG shipping. They used to use DHL and delivery was fast but fairly expensive.
I placed an order a week ago expecting the same fast delivery. When I got the notice the package was shipped I noticed it was through FedEx. They had sent me the wrong tracking number and when I got the correct one this morning I see my package has been sitting at the Memphis hub for over 50 hours.
It got there at 12:10 AM Tuesday and as of right now is still listed as International Shipment - "Clearance in progress". |

Why would they change? Last order I placed for my 43 trousers got here in four days from Dubai. That was in January

Did it come DHL or FedEx?
While DHL was fast - some complained about the cost.
This order using FedEx was only $12 and some change.

DHL. $18.00 but it was here in 4 days. If I order anything else from them and I'm sure I will I'm gonna ask for DHL if possible

FedEx says it's a Customs Hold.
No estimate on when it will be released.
DHL went through New York, IIRC, an I never had a Customs Hold going through there.

The FedEx question button for asking for information is a computer program. Limited intelligence responses that are circular.
You can get no real answer to "When will it be released".
The package got to Memphis around 1:30 AM Tuesday, the Customs hold put on it around 1:30 AM Thursday - and since then no movement.

I bet this is weather related. They probably have a limited staff until they get past these storms. Getting through Memphis in good weather is a challenge

I ordered trousers there about a week ago. Still nothing. Called Jerry (WPG) he said they would by Friday. Still not here yet. Never had this problem before. Always fast but i was thinking maybe weather this time. Makes sense it would slowdown if they dont use DHL anymore. Arggg

Might want to get the tracking number and see if it went FedEx and where it is.
Mine is still sitting in Memphis.
Package held Hostage Day 5.

It finally moved last night and the site says it should be here today.
