...you can join as a general member and download up to 10 books a day in various formats, FREE. I use .pdf so that I can read them on the 'puter. If you choose to donate a certain amount, ($25 if I remember correctly), you get unlimited downloads for about a month.
I've downloaded and saved hundreds of books on numerous subjects. Just out of curiosity, I typed in "Airborne" in the search bar and came across dozens of books pertaining to US, German, Canadian, etc airborne forces. Mostly in WWII but also listed in Vietnam. These books have been written by Bruce Quarrie, Gordon Rottman and others.
Again, these are FREE having been scanned and sent to an on-line library.
