When does the actual event “go hot” and when do they typically endex? I may not be able to make Friday, but early Saturday. If it’s over Saturday evening it probably won’t work for me.

They usually have some rumbling around Friday night until 2200 or 2300.
Then they start up again in the morning and run until 1500 - 1600ish on Saturday.

Command structure for the event.
Brian will be overall American Commander and his unit, the 504th, will form an element.
Spencer will lead the 1st ID troops for the 2nd element.
Since at this time we've had little response on greater numbers from our unit we will combine with the 508th and form the third element. Rick from the 508th will be in charge of our maneuver element. Me, Chief and Louis will form the Home Guard.

I believe they have ROE this time that includes medics.
Bring both - and you can be what is most needed.

I will bring the crew served weapons if we have enough manpower to cover. At this point I am a go to attend.

Right now it looks like Me, Chief, Bruce and his nephew, Adam, Matt, Scott(?), Joe, Louis, Ben(?), Dan(?), Andrew, Bradd, Mitch and Jordan with a guest(?) of Mitch.
Looks like 16 if everybody shows. Should be a solid 12.

Both Jordan and myself will be at Lugoff. We also have a possible recruit who has expressed interest to us from UNG. Jordan and I can get him kitted up, but we could use help supplying him with a rifle and blanks, or we can put him on mortar.

With the numbers we are getting we will form our own small element.
Looks to be two small squads, two scouts and a mortar team.
Or if you want to be technical - one squad at full strength with an attached mortar team.
Non woods runners will be involved in camp security.

Weather at Lugoff can vary greatly in early December.
