Our Primary plan of attending the Monroe Airshow on 7, 8 and 9 November has fallen through. It was just announced a few minutes ago on the Warbirds FB page that the Airshow has be cancelled.
C/505th is executing it's alternate plan of holding our event at Ronnie's Roost AKA Camp Smith vic Pilot Mountain, NC on the same dates.
If you don't know where that is PM one of the Command and Staff for the location. That's the CO, XO, Chief or the 1st Sgt.
We'll plan the meeting for early afternoon on Saturday, exact time TBA, so any that can't make the full weekend can at least show up for the meeting.

PACE
We've just blew through our Primary plan and are starting to execute our Alternate plan.
Let's just hope we don't need our Contingency and Emergency plans.

The correct dates for Ronnie's Roost should be 6 - 8 November.

And it appears we are to our Contingency Plan which was our Max Effort Event we voted on last year.
Typton-Haynes in Johnson City, TN - about an hour the other side of Boone.
Think Latta Plantation down town in a small city.
School visit on Friday - Battles on Saturday and Sunday.
Multi War Time Line.
Still 6 -8 November

This is all pending as to if we can get 16. A few are opting for the Roost.
