General outline of the play area.
Most Troops have been there a number of times and know the lay of the land.

Bradd Craver will be the overall Allied commander for this event.
Basic impressions will be leg infantry (preferred) or 504th in Italy if you don't have a leg impression. Remember, this is pre D Day so regular 42's.
Bradd will cover the infantry impression.

Infantry Impression from Andrew...
"Impression Guide:
For 6th Armored Infantry during this time-frame, their uniform was pretty standard with all the other infantry units in Italy. Wools, leggings, some HBT trousers. Very little evidence of HBT jackets at all (for the warmer weather, just the wool shirt as battledress is most common). Service shoes and leggings, jump boots with leggings over the top look the same. Double buckles are also seen a little bit. Field testing of the m43 uniform was largely done Anzio-Netunno on, and the time-frame of this event is pretty wide so seeing a few double buckle boots would not be too far off base.
IF it is cold (And that is a big IF), standard m41 jackets, wool overcoat, tanker jackets, tanker bibs, are all completely acceptable. Jeep caps are the most common non-helmet head covering seen in Italy. Mainly just putting this in to cover all the bases, we all know it's not going to be cold.
For other kit, standard m23 cartridge belts for guys with m1s, m36 pistol belts for guys carrying carbines, and m28 haversacks. If you don't have a haversack, do not worry, you can wear just the belt and suspenders or just the belt (I will likely wear just the belt). E-Tools and T-Handel shovels are both completely acceptable. Standard m1 helmet preferably with no net.
Should not be a hard transition for most, fairly simple uniform.

Patches: A lot of the 1st Armored patches you will find on ebay and such will be listed as "WWII" or "vintage" but not be accurate. Anything with the "Old Ironsides" tab attached to the patch is not WWII. Other patches from the Vietnam era are also different from the WWII era patch. They have an edge that is much darker than the WWII patch. I have attached a side by side of a WWII era 1st Armored Division patch next to a Vietnam era 2nd Armored Division patch. Make sure when shopping you get the right thing (dont want anyone to waste money). I have also attached an image of where the patch is on my wool shirt, just if anybody needs a reference. Again, any questions get in contact with me. Ready! Unity is Strength -Andrew Craver
