Fellas, the rangers at KMNMP have contacted me, and they are interested in doing a WW2 centered event on Memorial Day Weekend. They are wanting to do a program to commemorate VE and VJ days. They are open to any suggestions we would have as far as displays, educational talks, and demonstrations of garrison and front line life. As anyone who has been to an event there can attest, they really take care of us. Anyone interested, please sound off so I can get the info to the rangers ASAP.

Only problem I see is we are doing AAW at Bragg, May 18-21st. So, it would be the 23-25. And Waxhaw June 5-7. We have a lot of guys so we may be able to handle it. Will take it under advisement to C & S.

They not doing the time line with Civil War?
I'll be there in any uniform you call Mongo.
Even with a few people we have enough stuff to set up a good display for either time period.

I am going to do AAW and Waxhaw. Might fit in a day trip to King's Mt. We need to check with Steve on what Mess can do.
