King's Mountain Historical Society Museum has reached out to us for a Saturday event in Jul.(Camp Fri night) Either July 11th 18th 25th (these dates are from them). Just getting everyone's input for what would be a best date for all the units so i can get back to them. Yes we know it will be hot and waiting for them to email with me with space! They said something about a field that is available. All units are welcome! Would love to have a decent a mount of GI'S and Axis powers. Please consider this to help us out. Lets start with dates were open for anything! Will advise when more details come available.

There are a couple of old houses around back of the museum, and space big enough for camping. Water is available as well. A good place. Am willing to go, provided the doctor releases me to full activity.

This event is different than the Memorial Day Weekend proposed by Mongo. Right?

It would be. Museum=town of Kings Mtn. Mongo's event is at the national park.

Correct this is different.
From the Museum
If you look up our address on google, 100 East Mountain Street in Kings Mountain, the grass common area is behind the museum, which is in the old post office. We have 2 other building out back, but a decent amount of space.

Attention troopers and other Unit's
Our WWII Day at The King's Mountain Historical Museum has been Cancelled due the current state of COVID-19 restrictions. The museum wants to reschedule for the fall time (pending restrictions) or in the spring. However the museum is looking for virtual WWII video's to post during that weekend! Over and Out! Fury!!!š¹š¹

Looks like the fall is going to busy. Most places have pushed things into September.
So that's four months of stuff that will now be placed into one month - that was already busy.
Choices will have to be made.
