Invitation to All

Great news for the 508th HQ-HQ. We have been working with the Eastern Lincoln County Historical Society board members to get a First event to get us on the map and potential "home base". That being said the board has approved us for an event on Saturday April 18th at 10am (camp out the 17th.) It will be a cruise in(classic cars)/BBQ/World War II living history Event. We thought it would be great to combine it all together to see how the public enjoys it. If all goes well for us then we will have just a WWII weekend event added at some point. If any units have any troopers that are interested let us know they are more then welcome we'll take all the troopers we can get. 

I know there will be many questions and final details to be worked out space etc etc ( from what Ive talked about with them before is we will have a pretty decent amount of space.) We plan on meeting with board again in March to discuss final details. Will post more information as it becomes available.
 
Also a possible "program" type event with the Mount Holly historical society at their museum. Would show gear/uniforms load out talk about medical first basically what ever we want to. That would be on a Tuesday evening in March. More details to come on that. I will post this on FB as well.
