Raincoat

Hello all, I'm still looking for 43  trousers size 30 or 32. Both ATF and WPG are out of stock. I'm a 28 waist so 32 is probably the largest I could go. Any other vendors that have 43's ? Now for the raincoat. I need this mostly as a pack filler and casualty cover. Also Medics were known to cut them up for occlusive dressings. I'll probably never use it so size is not that important. Question how strict is the unit for authenticity  on something like this. I found some in France, French Military and they are similar single breasted kind of like WWII US but not a repro at all. WPG has very large sizes but expensive and my Fireman's retirement income level is telling me no, not when you need beaucoup other stuff. Thanks for any input on this. J. Coyle

Don’t be all in a hurry to get everything all at once. Get the basic stand up 42 uniform and kit. After that wat h for sales of other stuff you need. Will save a lot of money that way. When somebody spots a vendor having a sale it is usually posted on our FB page and forum- just like the one AtF is having right now.

WW2 impressions have them, but pricey and very well made, not like the ones at WPG, but as Jim stated get your kit first. Ralph

Got one. It's French but once the epilettes are cut off it's a pretty good knock off.
