Friday pm: Pork chops, mashed potatoes, gravy, green peas, slaw, french bread

Saturday am: Eggs, bacon, grits, gravy, biscuits

Saturday noon: Beef and cabbage soup, french bread

Saturday pm: Chili, french bread, salad

Sunday am: Pancakes, spam, grits

Coffee til 12 noon Friday, and Sat, coffee for breakfast Sunday.

Fee will be $25.00 for all meals. $5.00 per meal otherwise. Fees payable to Capt. Cachia. Due the Monday prior to the event.

KP will be assigned as per the duty roster. Two men required. Will be served first for that meal, and will remain on duty until released by the mess Sgt.

Because many will be attending the dinner at the airshow we will not be having steak night.

Super! We will break camp after Breakfast Sunday morning men. I expect everyone to stay and help do this. All will then be free to reenter the Airshow.
