I will be there the afternoon of October 3rd. The previous was me trying to reply. No guests coming with me. I will be bringing 5 gallons of water for the mess.

You need to sign up for meals at Toccoa. Twenty five dollars for the weekend, or $5.00 for a meal. Am going shopping on the Monday before the event. If not signed up before that date be prepared to eat at the local restaurants.
Remember that many of you signed up for the last Waxhaw event, and due to rain, it didn't happen. Therefore, you are paid for Toccoa.

I am picking up the Pathfinder gear from Elling and intend to man the Pathfinder display. Is there a plan for setting up at the site? If so I need a spot for the fly. If not I need someone arriving early to try and reserve a spot on the courthouse lawn for the fly. I have to work Friday and will not arrive on site until about 1630....
