Will be traveling to Toccoa on the Thursday before the event kicks in. All four kitchen personnel have stated they will attend.
Breakfast beginning Friday am, Saturday, and Sunday. Supper Friday pm and Saturday. Will not be doing lunch, but offer some snacks.
Bring water for this event. Particularly will need water for clean-up. If you have a five gallon container please fill it up and bring it. Am bringing five five gallon containers.
Early indicators tell us no fee required if you have paid for the 10-7 Waxhaw event to have been held in May.
Duty roster will have names of those who must do kp. More to follow.

Menu for Toccoa:
Fri am:. Breakfast- eggs, bacon, grits,biscuits, gravy, coffee
Fri pm: hot dogs, slaw, onions baked beans
Sat am: pancakes, spam, grits
Sat pm: hamburgers, macaroni salad, slaw, onions, tomatoes
Sun am: SOS, bacon, more grits
Coffee served Friday and Sat til 12 noon, 9 am Sunday
Ketchup, Mayo, Mustard, Pickles, as fixings for supper, syrup, butter for breakfast.
We will not be serving lunch but will furnish apples, nabs, and M&Ms for lunch.
KP duty as per unit roster. If you paid for the last Waxhaw event, early June, you do not have to pay. All others price will be $25.00.
Please note that we will not be serving lunch either day.

If I don't make it there Thursday night you'll have to voluntold a KP detail for breakfast Friday.
Those who pull KP will be so noted on the Duty Roster.
Friday supper KP is Command and Staff.
The duty roster will be updated Friday PM with a list for the rest of the weekend.
