I figured it would be easier to account for event mess fees paid on a separate thread. This will avoid clogging up the main event thread.

Meal Cards will be issued to those who have paid. Will need to be shown when going through the chow line.
Don't have a meal card and you're a reenactor with C/505th or attached unit you don't eat at our mess.
