Ft Dobbs is a possibility in place of Monroe, if they can not come thru with specific yes to our footprint. Ralph is going to spy of Hanger progress.

This overhead was taken after the last Monroe. You can clearly see the loop trails we made coming into our camp.
The new building is going to take the gray area in the top down to the second small dirt road.
When it starts it will compress the front end of the camp.

Latest update - C/505th will form the base of 2nd Platoon for Hell's Highway.
Lt Jones will be the platoon leader and I will be the platoon sergeant.
Would be nice to get at least two short squads of six each.

As much as it kills me to say it, I highly doubt I can do this event. Stubbornness and sheer willpower can only carry me so far, as I found out last Monroe. Cold weather is not my friend and causes muscle spasms and joint issues. Spending the night in a foxhole (or wherever I may find myself) in cold weather would completely incapacitate me for a week afterwards. Its time I started facing facts and realized I'm not invincible.

I am still planning to attend. Unfortunately, due to some unexpected home and vehicle repairs, I have not been able to obtain any uniforms/equipment. I wanted to see if anyone had any loaner gear available for that weekend. 42R jacket, 34, pants, 10 boots. Not sure what other gear is needed. Thanks.

It looks like we can cover you. Jay with the Uniform - 10.5 boots - bring think socks.
I'll bring the web gear with musette pack, blanket/shelter half roll.
Working on weapon.
And got it as well. And a pair of 10 double buckle boots.
