Unfortunately I will have to withdraw from this event as my customers extended the business trip, which means I will miss the event.

Unfortunately I have to bail for this one. My father in law died last Monday. All of us spent the last couple of days cleaning out his apartment but all the furniture is still there. My wife and I will be going back next weekend to finish cleaning it out.

Am I correct there is no mess for this event? For those who have been there before: are there food options at the event, or does one need to pack their own?

What's the final (maybe) roster for this event? There's something bubbling under the surface that may keep me from going but am working to forestall the issue. Also, is anyone staying over Saturday night?
Stormi, in the past there hasn't been a formal mess set up. Friday night was grab a burger or whatever in town, Saturday and Sunday breakfast were whatever you brought for yourself with coffee provided by C&S, and for Saturday supper we went out to Dominos and brought back a couple of pizzas. As you noted, there are food vendors for Saturday lunch. Participants were given a discount coupon to use at a food vendor but haven't seen anything about that for this year.
OK, missed the statement on FB about participants being given a discount coupon to use at a food vendor this year.

The roster is on page one with light unit turnout. Have no one that has mentioned staying Saturday overnight.
No mess support. Food vendors as indicated with stipend provided by organized.
There is a silent auction as well so bring cash or checkbook in event you bid and win etc.

I will already have a small camping cooking setup in tow even though it's modern, I can stop by the store while in route and can provide a light mess

Due to a range schedule change from Sunday to Saturday. Three of us now have conflicts due to a Garand shooting event we are locked into.
Dale, Wallace and Huntelmen are withdrawn.
Roster adjusted accordingly.
