I am a go. I will do the mess. Mess will be skimpy. Eat before you get on site.
Coffee will be provided. Lt Craver will probably keep the fly crowd jumping making sure the coffee is hot.
We are thinking something like soup & crackers after the tactical ends Friday night. Something warm before the troops hit the sack.
Breakfast will be the K Ration deal and lunch will be a D Bar or anything you want to stuff in your pocket.
For those staying Saturday night we'll need to know numbers for planning since we'll do something like stew and crackers.
We would like to ask for a $5 donation for those departing early - and those staying Saturday night $10. You can pay on site since the Big Dog will not be there. All remaining money goes in the unit fund.
Sunday morning it's coffee and pack up. Get something as you go out of town.

For those that have never been there.
It's a little hard to zoom in on if it's your first time.
You'll be turning off Ridgeway Road onto Getty's Road.
The road will slope down gently until you cross Cook Run and then it goes up. The driveway will be just at the top just past where the road starts to bend.
As you turn in the first area is Parking. Continue down the trail until you get to the camp area.

Right now we have the Lt, Chief, 1st Sgt, Scott, Ben, Dan, Eric, Steve, Adam, Joe, Louis, Ron J, Matt, Ricky and Rhoney.

Lieutenant Craver as the unit's only Lt will be taking over the Unit's XO responsibilities for this event.
He will be the senior 505 member on the ground - and may be duel hatted in leadership responsibilities for a while.

To all attending just a reminder please take the time to fill out the medical card that the Chief issued. Also don't forget that even in cold weather ticks can be active. The chance we will have enough below freezing weather before then is minimal. Take precautions.

The CP will be under a fly in the usual spot.
We will have three wall tents on site - maybe five.
Due to age and condition Ron and Ricky will get a spot in a tent.
Scott, Ben, Dan, Steve, Joe and Rhoney - dust off those plans for a 6 shelter half tent.
Dan, you bringing two sets of poles?
Everybody should carry 100' of suspension line at all times. Never know when you'll need some line.

House Keeping
Guys, we need a head count of folks staying Saturday night for chow planning purposes.
Most go home after the event is over in the afternoon.
Bases on past events I'm figuring on Me, Chief, Scott, Eric, Dan and Louis. Maybe Rhoney.

Troopers - due to Family Obligations Lt Craver will have to forgo the event.
Since the CO is also on leave you'll have to suffer through the event with me.
