Ration plan at Lugoff will be simple.
The HQ will provide coffee in the big thermos. Hot water can also be made.
Troops are expected to bring their own field rations.
This is a tactical so this would be a good time to review the Winter in the Field thread that's in the Friends and Allies section of the forum for K Ration and supplemental ration ideas.
You've got like 3 weeks to come up with a couple of rations.

So far we have the CO, me, Louis, Wayne, Joe, Dave, Adam?, A Gentle, Dan, B Dale, J Dale, Chief, Eric K, Scott, Bentancourt? and Rhoney.
That's 16 if everybody shows.

So far we have the CO, me, Louis, Wayne, Joe, Dave, Adam?, A Gentle, Dan, B Dale, J Dale, Chief, Eric K, Scott, Betancourt?, Alex, Bryce, Bradd C and Rhoney. That's 19 if everybody shows.
We will probably break down into two elements, a security/defense element and a roving element. If we get a few more then the roving element will be split into two squads.
Check your weapons and ammo. If you need something you need to sound off NOW.
If you need uniform parts or web gear you need to sound off NOW.

A reminder to troops attending the Lugoff tactical. With the recent heavy rains in the area, the ground is going to be wet, bring extra socks, preferably two pair. At night before sleeping put on a dry pair and let the others dry out overnight. Wearing cold, wet socks will make sleeping uncomfortable and isn't any good for your skin.

Guys, above our unit the command is in flux and any missions are vague.
We will run with what we have come Friday night.
I'll break down the unit into squads after we get a little more information.
We should have 3 squads with around 6 - 7 troops.

Squad assignments will be put out Saturday - if you have a complaint bring it up then - not Friday night.

The majority of the 508th will be doing Soviet or German.
We will have two from the 08 falling in with us. Landreth and Minton.
Other than a few Commonwealth Troops - we are it for the weekend.
