Work Weekend at Pilot Mt. - October 9-11, 2020!
Ronnie Smith has invited C/505th PIR to set up a new site for training, camping and general meetings on his property at Pilot Mt.
The land is a bit overgrown. Ronnie, by himself has cleared enough land for 4 flies. Obviously, we need to clear way more land for Mess and Wall Tents.
At this writing we have the following Troopers:
1. T5 Ronnie Smith
2. Chief Myer
3. 1st Sergeant Peterson
4. Captain Cachia
5. Private Patterson (Saturday only)
6. Sergeant McCall
7. Sergeant Hicks
8. T4 Earley
9. T5 Mongo
10. PFC Gatlin
11. T5 Gentle
12. SSgt. Bradd Craver
13. SSgt. Andrew Craver
14. 1st Lt. Jones (Saturday only)
If you would like to join this illustrious group please sound off here!
The plan is to work Friday and Saturday, pack and leave Sunday morning.
Wear work clothes! Suggest boots, work gloves, hat.
Nothing fancy to eat boys. We will let you know.
We are planning a training weekend here before the end of the year.
That's it Troopers! Sign up now!

Troopers! Those that are coming to the Work Weekend! There will not be a set Mess Fee for this event. The C & S made some money at Enfield that will cover most of our expenses. We will accept donations. Meals will not be fancy but good. We will actually have cooks on site, Ronnie, Mongo and Steve I think. Captain Cachia

2020 Strikes again! We went 9 days without rain. Planned Work Weekend for 9th thru 11th. Delta Hurricane will dump 2 inches of rain on NC 9th thru 11th!
We will try again October 16th thru the 18th. Meals will be free, although we will accept donations.
Keep those fingers crossed.
