Menu for this event:

Friday pm. Hamburgers, slaw, tomatoes, onions, bun, red beans, French fries

Sat am- biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, bacon, grits.

Sat noon- hot dogs, slaw, onions, chili, red beans, and fixings.

Sat pm- steak night, bring your own steak, French fries, peas, French bread.

Sunday am- pancakes, spam, hash browns.

Sunday noon- sandwiches, turkey, ham, bologna, cheese, chips, mayo, mustard.

Coffee til noon.

Fee is $25 per person, or $5 per meal. Payable to Maj Cachia PayPal or check by snail mail. Due the Monday before the event.

Must purchase you own steak and leave with Mongo.

All personnel must do KP as per duty roster assignment, so check in at HQ for the assignment.

Kitchen personnel will be on site Thur afternoon.
