I will post the menu here in the next week. Three of the kitchen staff are going to attend that Thursday of the event. So we will be there early.

Menu May 3, 4, 5 for Camp Waxhaw
Fri evening- Golash, slaw, French Bread
Sat am- Eggs, bacon, grits, biscuits
Sat noon- Meat loaf, Mac and cheese, slaw, French Bread
Sat pm- hamburgers, slaw, onions,tomatoes, French fries,
Sun am-Fried Chicken, waffles
Sun noon-Hot dogs, slaw, onions, red beans, chili, chips
Coffee will be served until noon each day.

Charge will be $25.00 each person, or $5.00 per meal payable snail mail or PayPal to Maj. Frank Cachia.
Each soldier will be expected to do KP duty as assigned by the Duty Roster.

Louis, I will be bringing two waffle irons and the big iron skillet. As always, I will be available to help with the cooking.

I also have a waffle maker, or two for the Mess One is fancy The plates in it flip to become a Penne maker.

I recall outlets on the pole. I am bringing 100' a extension cord. There should be outlets in the snack bar that we can access over the counter.

Yes sir, the museum's hose had the handle knocked off on our last visit. Not sure who did that as multiple people used it. Bringing my electrical cord too.

Attention:
Due to the large number of people eating with the mess during this event, Saturday's evening menu will be changed to hamburgers. 37 people are scheduled to eat. Do not buy steaks.
